Mike's Fine Brines

Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Mike's Fine Brines is a local hot sauce manufacturer and distributer. It is owned and operated by me, Michael Callahan. I opened for business on June 23rd, 2015.

All of my adult life I have been a fan of hot sauces. I started making them for myself and my friends about seven years ago. About one year ago I got the idea in my head that I would try to sell it and went about doing the research. Fast forward to June 23rd when I sold my first bottle of Callahan's Habanero Hot Sauce to Corey, the guy I met when I picked up my first 500 labels at Northwest Label in Magnolia.
