14x11mm Druzy teardrop necklace is hand crocheted using 100% refined and recycled sterling silver and 14k Gold Fill wire and chain The crystals become apparent when hit by different angles of light. Each stone is unique, crystal size and colors will vary.

Druzy is the glittering effect of tiny crystals over top a colorful mineral. The druzy quartz gem grows slowly over millions of years and are found as the very last layer of growth on agate or another colorful gemstone base. There are various sizes in this type of crystal that can be large, medium or many small crystals within the formation. Druzy crystals have been used to induce creativity and relaxation, as well as to help with emotional problems. They are great for promoting natural healing on physical, mental, and spiritual levels.

These are coated with titanium. This process stands up to normal wear and tear just like polarized sunglasses do. When they are scuffed or worn in water, the titanium can be worn down or chipped off.
