Barrel Aged Hot Sauce

Spicy and complex, Barnacle's bourbon barrel aged hot sauce takes their signature bullwhip sauce and makes it even more delicious. Aged for over a year in one of Almalga Distillery's single-malt bourbon barrels, the sauce emerges noticeably darker in color and deeper in flavor than its fresh counterpart.
