Lavender Glass Bead Earrrings

These Lavender Glass Bead Earrings blend artistry and inspiration, evoking the serenity of lush lavender fields. My studio is located in the ideal climate for growing lavender. I handcraft every bead using lampworking techniques that mimic the fragrant lavender buds, resulting in lifelike, glass-blown treasures that capture the essence of these tranquil purple plants. The lavenders that thrive at nearby farms and in the herb garden that I've cultivated at home provide annually blooming inspiration. With the lampworking technique, glass is molded in the flame of an oxygen and a propane torch to resemble delicate lavender buds. Making each lavender bead is a multi-day process and the earrings are finished with an amethyst gemstone. Features sterling silver findings with a French hook–style ear wire.
