The wooden decoys from all of Aviologie's creations are made from Albesia and Coffee wood - these type of woods are fast growing timbers that come from sustainable farming practices allowing for continued harvest and regrowth. 

Hand made wooden Barred Owl bird, entirely hand crafted, from delicate carving to detailed painting and gentle finishing with wax polish. Designed in Canada by Aviologie. Fairly traded using fully sustainable softwood and non-toxic paints.
