The Original flavor is the first seasoning we created and our favorite “go-to” seasoning for dishes needing that extra bit of taste. With a well-balanced blend of saltiness and savoriness, this seasoning is a perfect choice for first-time kelp eaters and those wanting a clean, unadulterated umami taste.

Ingredients: Garlic, Black sesame seeds, White sesame seeds, Alaria (Winged Kelp), Ginger powder, Szechuan peppercorns. Wild harvest Alaria (winged kelp) may occasionally contain tiny pebbles or shells.
